Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within one to two business days of receipt. Once packaged and safely delivered to the United States Postal Service, I'll send you an email to let you know your fibers are on their way! *note* because of the recycled nature of these fibers, there may be an occasional knot in the skein.
Shipping to US Addresses:
All packages shipped within the United States are sent via USPS First Class or Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation Services.
Also here are the shipping prices, I try to keep as close to actual shipping as possible.
Shipping is now figured by weight instead of price, and you can select from first class or Priority!
Also international shipping is available!

Returns
I want you to be a happy customer! If you are not happy with your order, please contact me within seven days of receipt of your order to make arrangements for the return. You may choose from the following options: exchange, store credit or a full refund (less shipping costs). Returned products must be sent back in their original condition. Items with their labels removed, or yarns that have been knit with or wound may not be returned. Please be sure to send back your return order in a traceable manner.
